설계 운영 원리
- MVP 시리즈는 2단 오일 밀봉 로터리 베인 진공 펌프입니다. 고객의 요구를 만족시키기 위한 기존의 디자인에서 벗어난 새로운 개념의 디자인입니다.
MVP Series is two-stage oil sealed rotary vane vacuum pump. It is new concept out of conventional design to satisfy customer’s needs.
- 펌프의 구조
펌프 하우징, 오일 케이싱, 모터 하우징, 펌프 베이스 및 펌프 모듈로 구성됩니다. 펌프 및 진공 시스템을 보호하기 위해 오일 역류 방지 밸브와 가스 밸러스트를 사용합니다.
The structure of the pump
It consists of pump housing, oil casing, motor housing, pump base and pump module. It occupies oil anti-suckback valve and gas ballast for protecting pump and vacuum system. - 작동 원리
펌프와 모터는 유연한 커플 링으로 연결됩니다. 로터가 로터 베인 홈에 배치된 두 개의 베인을 회전시키면 원심력에 의해 실린더 내부 표면과 접촉하게 됩니다. 흡입된 가스는 회전하는 베인이 입구 통로를 통과할 때 두 베인 사이에 갇히게 되며 이 갇힌 가스는 배기 밸브를 향해 회전하면서 압축되어 최종적으로 밸브를 통해 배기됩니다. 윤활 및 밀봉을 위해 움직이는 부품에 진공 오일이 공급됩니다.
Operating Principle
The pump and motor are connected by flexible coupling. As the rotor rotates two vanes, placed in rotor vane groove, turn making contact with the internal surface of the cylinder due to centrifugal force.The inhaled gas is trapped between two vanes as the rotating vane passes through the inlet passage and this trapped gas is compressed as it rotates toward exhaust valve and eventually exhaust through valve. The vacuum oil is supplied to the moving parts for lubrication and tight sealing.
